Just a very quick reminder that we are CLOSED to the public on Coronation day 6th May to allow our lovely volunteers to watch proceeding on their newly-acquired television sets. We will be running steam trains on Sunday 7th May and Monday 8th May, 1130 to 4pm both days. As a special treat, Sunday’s loco will be the Avonside “Ogwen” which returned to Apedale this week to spend the summer season with us. Like a migrating bird, it goes south for the Winter. In this case, Statfold (so not that far south, but the point remains valid).
