A full yard means an empty shed which means Gala Preparation. We’re all looking forward to next weekend, with six locos in steam, including a visitor – the vertical-boiler loco “Taffy”, coming all the way from the Alan Keef Ltd works near Ross on Wye. It’ll be one of the few remaining chances to see our Hudswell steam loco before the end of the current boiler ticket.
