This will be the day when you can along to Apedale and find out about
becoming a member of the Moseley Railway Trust and helping us run and maintain
the railway and all the things which go with it. We will have tours and talks
covering the following areas:

• General membership

• Shop work

• Restoration/engineering

• Railway operations

• The WW1 Trench

You’ll be able to take a look behind the scenes, and have a go (under
supervision!) at jobs like driving locos and being a train Guard. There will
also be a special reduced rate for those joining the Trust on the day. Events
will run from 1100 until 1530. If you are interested, please register
beforehand by sending an e-mail to operations@avlr.org.uk and letting us know
what area of the Trust’s work you may be interested in. If you’re unsure –
that’s not a problem, but please let us know you’re coming along.
