A family-focussed event, especially for the little ones. Spot the bears on the journey, solve a puzzle and win a prize. Kids with bears (or other furry friends) travel for free! Steam trains 1130 until 4pm every day, with standard fares charged.

For one day only, we welcome a visit from Graham Morris and his Kerr, Stuart Wren loco "Peter Pan". This loco is 100 years young in 2022, and this will be a visit to the city of its construction. Kerr, Stuart were a prolific builder of (mainly) steam locos, with their works being in Stoke-on-Trent. […]

We round-off the main season with a weekend with train operated by WW1 veteran Hunslet 1215 - a unique loco, built in Leeds, worked in France, sent to Australia, restored again in Yorkshire! Trains run 1130 to 4pm, with standard fares charged.
